Our Story
White Rainbow began when founder Yuri Bouharevich and his family left city life in 2020 for the Adirondacks. Out of that move grew a vision: to let others experience that same connection to nature through authentic, elevated hospitality.

Boutique Value-add Strategy
We acquire underutilized Class B−/C+ hotels and reposition them into B+/A− boutique assets. Design, rebranding, and thoughtful operations unlock outsized growth in ADR and occupancy.
Disciplined, Risk-Aware Financing
Our conservative leverage keeps Loan-to-Value at 45–55% with DSCR in the 1.9–2.1 range. We also hold one full year of debt service in cash reserves.


In-House Operations & Construction
With a 32-person internal team, we control construction timelines, operating costs, and guest experience. Faster renovations, better quality, and stronger reviews drive long-term value.
Aligned Interest
Our terms are simple and transparent: 8% preferred return, 60/40 waterfall split, and sponsor-signed personal guarantees. We manage like owners because we are owners
