BOOKING, RESERVATIONS, AND THIRD PARTY BOOKING SERVICES

Our Site may allow you to request reservations, view availability, or complete bookings through a third-party booking engine, property management system, or travel platform.

If you make a reservation through a Booking Provider:

• your booking may be governed by the Booking Provider’s terms, policies, and privacy practices

• rates, availability, taxes, fees, deposit requirements, and cancellation terms may vary by property and booking type

• you are responsible for reviewing all applicable booking and cancellation terms before confirming any reservation

White Rainbow is not responsible for technical errors, outages, pricing display issues, or transaction failures caused by third-party platforms.

USER SUBMISSIONS

If you submit or upload information through the Site (including inquiries, messages, form submissions, feedback, or reviews) (“Submissions”), you agree that:

• your Submissions will not be unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or infringing

• your Submissions will not contain viruses or harmful code

• you have the right to submit the materials you provide

By submitting content, you grant White Rainbow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your Submissions as reasonably necessary to operate and promote our business, respond to your request, and improve our services.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Rainbow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

PRIVACY

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy. If you do not have one published yet, we strongly recommend adding it as soon as possible, especially if you collect contact form submissions, emails, analytics, or booking information.

CAMPAIGN INFORMATION

This campaign sends appointment confirmations, message notifications, and offers to existing customers or new customers who have opted in to receive messages from White Rainbow. Communications are sent via in-person POS, website forms, or webchat.

Example:
“David, it's Stefan from White Rainbow . Thanks for opting in to receive SMS notifications. I just saved a time for you on Monday, July 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM, and I'll see you then! If anything changes, just let me know. If you need to opt out, reply STOP.”

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

• To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.

• If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP or contact us at info@whiterainbow.com or (518) 612-4118.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Message and data rates may apply. You will receive up to 5 messages per month.
