Adirondack Spruce Lodge
Completed Project
Full renovation and build-out of 15 guest rooms and suites across multiple lodging buildings. The project also included the adaptive reuse of a former on-site diner into five fully self-contained guest units, with upgrades to framing, mechanical systems, and interior finishes.
Wolfjaw Lodge
Completed Project
Full renovation of 11 guest rooms along with the new construction of an separate indoor lounge. The project also included the full renovation and rebuild of two on-site houses.
The Boha Hotel
Completed Project
Renovation of 23 guest rooms and a 3 storey house. The project also included the construction of a custom indoor lounge and outdoor patio area.
Custom Residential
Our custom home construction services provide full coordination of ground-up residential builds, from site preparation through your certificate of occupancy. We manage structural assembly, mechanical and electrical systems, and interior installations while working alongside client-provided architects and design teams, or utilize our in-house design capabilities.
All phases of construction are completed under direct supervision of our leadership team utilizing best-in-class project management software, Revit and BIM workflows in-house, all in tandem with daily on-site management.
