ABOUT US

White Rainbow’s construction division is the in-house build team behind the renovation and repositioning of multiple boutique hospitality properties across the Adirondacks, including The Boha Hotel, Wolfjaw Lodge, Adirondack Spruce Lodge, and the Pines Inn.

Our team has completed full interior and exterior transformations across active lodging environments, coordinating demolition, structural modifications, mechanical and electrical upgrades, and finish installation. This experience informs our approach to residential and lodging projects requiring efficient scheduling, clear scope definition, and consistent execution from pre-construction through completion.

Our team is comprised of a 26-person in-house workforce of experienced tradespeople, including licensed plumbers, electricians, drywallers, finish carpenters, site foremen, and skilled construction specialists.

Supported by our in-house team of skilled trades across plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, and finish carpentry, we are equipped to manage most projects from initial demolition through final installation. This integrated approach allows us to maintain direct oversight of quality, scheduling, and coordination across all phases of construction.

Full-Scale Renovations

We provide full-scale renovation services for residential and lodging properties requiring complete interior or exterior transformation. Our team coordinates all phases of construction including demolition, framing, mechanical and electrical upgrades, kitchen and bathroom rebuilds, and finish installation. This integrated approach allows us to maintain consistent quality control and scheduling throughout the renovation process.

Custom Home Construction

Our custom home construction services provide full coordination for ground-up residential builds from site preparation through final finishes. We manage structural assembly, mechanical and electrical systems, and interior installations while working alongside client-provided architects or design teams. All phases of construction are completed under direct supervision of our in-house trades.

Additions and & Interior Reconfiguration

We provide structural additions and interior reconfiguration services for residential and lodging properties requiring expanded space or updated layouts. Scope includes wall removal, room additions, kitchen and bathroom expansions, and mechanical and electrical system modifications to support revised floor plans. Our team ensures seamless integration between new and existing construction.

Our Recent Projects

Our recent work includes full-scale renovations and adaptive reuse projects across the Essex County region. From multi-unit hotel transformations to structural reconfigurations and interior rebuilds, our team has delivered construction solutions across a range of project types and building conditions.

Adirondack Spruce Lodge

Completed January 2026

Adirondack Spruce Lodge

Completed January 2026

Full renovation and build-out of 15 guest rooms and suites across multiple lodging buildings. The project also included the adaptive reuse of a former on-site diner into five fully self-contained guest units, with upgrades to framing, mechanical systems, and interior finishes.

The Boha Hotel

Completed 2023

Renovation of 23 guest rooms and a 3 storey house. The project also included the construction of a custom indoor lounge and outdoor patio area.

Wolfjaw Lodge

Completed 2024

Full renovation of 11 guest rooms along with the new construction of an indoor lounge. The project also included the full renovation and rebuild of two on-site houses.
